In a bottle liquid is kept and a tube is inserted in it, such that the upper open mouth of the tube remains out of the cap of the bottle. Then a second tube is taken just perpendicular to the opened mouth of the first tube and it sprays air on the opened mouth. The second one sprays at a high speed and so the pressure falls at the mouth of the first tube.
