When an object turns around an internal axis (like the Earth turns around its axis) it is called a rotation. When an object circles an external axis (like the Earth circles the sun) it is called a revolution.

Asked this before but can't find the link to it. So how many teachers employ caning as a punishment method? I have read both pros and cons to it. Curious about your take on it.
Still many teaches do. But I am against it. It instills fears in mind of students rather than disciplining them.
