Two angle are supplementary, hence the sum of two angles is 180deg. Let the larger angle be A, then the other angle will be 180-A As given, A=3(180-A)+20 A=540-3A+20 4A = 560 A=140 Hence, the larger angle is 140deg and the smaller angle is 40deg. A = 72.5
