Not much,but lots of theorems and equations you need to solve than the high school algebra.

It depends. College Algebra is said to be harder than algebra 1, but easier than algebra 2. Anything beyond the first college algebra class can differ.

In high school level algebra takes students to the mathematical journey of evaluating single simple expression to multiple variable equations. Thus high school is harder than college algebra.
