Hello Padma. You can connect your Wacom pad to your laptop, run your CD which you got along with the pad do required settings. Open your Microsoft paint and annotate on the on the screen by sellecting pen/pencil option in paint. This will work like a mouse as well.

Waacom pads are device on which you can scribble and also record while u connect it with ur laptop. It's just like a notepad where u can demonstrate ur students by writing in different available colours.
