yes, a rational number is any number that can be expressed as the quotient or fraction p/q of two integers, a numerator p and a non-zero denominator q. Since q may be equal to 1, every integer is a rational number. no q will not 0

Moreover, we know 0 can be written as 0/1, we observe that both 0 & 1 are integers and the denominator i.e. ‘1’ ? 0. So we conclude that ‘0’ is a rational number and not irrational.
