Electron have negative charge of 1.6*10^-19 C While proton have same positive charge. Neutron have no charge. Mass of proton and neutron is equal(1.67*10^-27kg). Mass of electron is9.1*10^-31kg. Proton and neutron present in nuclei while electrons revolve around nucleus of atom.

Charge: electron has negative charge 1.6*10^-19whereas proton has same but positive charge and neutron is neutral. Mass: proton and neutron has almost same mass 1.67*10^-26 kg and electron has mass 9.1*10^-31kg.
