If friction won't be there no electrostatic charge will be there.we won't be able to walk and hold anything

If friction were not there 1. we will not be able to walk, we will not be able to write using pen and paper, we will not be able to drive cars and since matchsticks will not be able to produce fire when rubbed against the matchbox, we ca't cook food and in a way civilization will come to an end

If frictional force would not be there then any work would be impossible to do as it is a contract force and it's absence would result in turning everything slippery. Ex. We slip on banana peel because there is no frictional force.
