Why it takes much longer to cook food in hill stations then in the plains?

Physics on finger tips

PV=RT=constant As you know in pressure cooker food cooks faster due to high pressure created in cooker. At height or hill station pressure is less than pressure in plain due to less pressure, T decreases and therefore it takes more time to cook food in height.
