If the objects are moving parallel to each other, then the relative velocity as viewed from either reference frame will be twice the velocity, and if moving opposite to each other, it will be zero.

If they are moving opposite to each other then v1+V2=twice the velocity of one body..if they are moving in same direction then v1-v2 =0...provided every body is having non-relativistic velocity..i.e-v<<<c (velocity of light)..

If force is acting on a moving body perpendicular to the direction of motion, then what will be its effect on the speed and direction of the body?
The magnitude of velocity shall decrease and direction shall be same till it comes to rest, afterwards it shall move in direction of force with acceleration due to the applied force.
