Will 59.4% marks read as 60% or not in Aggregate/gross marks? Without decimal what will be the Aggregate /gross marks of 59.4% marks. 
No, because if you round off to 59.4%, you will get 59%. If it could have been 59.5% or more, then you could have round it off to 60%.
