During vigorous exercise, we generally tend to take shorter and faster breaths which also leads to lesser oxygen intake. This can be avoided with a prolonged regular exercise regime where the body can get accustomed to the rigorous exercise and the respiration process gets regularized and aerobic respiration takes place. read less
