Just to make it easy for you, I am making this statements. Simply remember the area of the circle = pi*r^2. Multiply this by another radius quantity so it becomes = pi*r^3. Now just multiply with 4/3 to get the volume of the sphere= 4/2*pi*r^3. To get hemisphere volume just divide by two (Hemisphere = half the sphere) so Hemisphere volume=2/3*pi*r^3 ( if you like to know the exact derivation of this quantity you can go through integral calculus). read less
