I have been learning this art form for the past 24 years and I am a postgraduate degree holder ( master of fine arts in bharatanatyam ) from sastra university ( tanjore ) under the guidance of dr.Padma subramanyam. I have performed more than 600 group and solo programs including all the natyanjalis in south india and prestigious sabhas like shanmukhananda hall of bombay and delhi to name a few. I have students who learn from abroad through online too. I have my dance school in chennai. I teach for students in the age group of 5 - 60. I teach bharatanatyam in pandhanallur style and handle classes from beginners stage. I have conducted and performed in many prestigious places in india and abroad. I have trained more than 150 students. Teaching an art form is to make a person a better person so I teach the kids this art form with moral values. I have been conducting arangetrams for the past 10 years. As a yoga therapist , I treat Cervical spondylosis , Lumbar spondylosis , stress , Anxiety, insomnia, menstrual problems , obesity , blood pressure, diabetes , stroke , sinusitis , asthma , acidity , disc prolapse , disc bulge , spine related issues , knee pain , menopausal issues , osteoarthritis etc by giving appropriate breathing techniques and asanas according to their problems. We use the breathing as the main tool so it works even for bed ridden patients. We treat starting from bed ridden patients to a fit person for general fitness.
