Currently practicing Ashtanga yoga, HATA yoga, Qi-Gong (shaolin martial arts) & deep breath work healing past 10-15 years, through out my journey i have been through various ordeals Life puts us through example: Building up expectations and crashing those expectations how to deal with it in a positive manner in order to move ahead in life , mental stability , calmness and moving into all tough situations without any anxiety or confusions.
My only savior out of these situations and conditions was the techniques mentioned above that i have learnt with deep commitment for my self-improvement & to live a life of fulfillment in anything i take up as a task.
And so it is my duty & deep wish to Transfer this knowledge or mindset of skills to the upper and lower generations that truly wants to shift their energy within which will automatically shift the energy on their outlook to access their higher potentials of life.
