What is mudra? How we benefit from it?

prana means energy. with out energy there is no movement. The movement of pranic flow decides the movemnt of an element or an organ of our body. Mind has an impact on pranic flow. As our mind is corrupted by addiction and aversion, our pranic fow becomes imbalanced results in health problems. Mudras... ...more

Mudras are special gestures used to control the pranic flow and balances both body and mind through prana.
