"She is very superb and active fitness instructor. Very excellent training session. She was trained me for normal delivery yoga(Pre natal yoga) session.. Everyday 1hr session was very effective. I feared a lot for delivery but she was daring me and trained me very well. Now I delivered baby girl normal delivery.. I feel so happy. Thank you so much shiva mam.
