I have started working with small industry but many time I'm failed to interact with our clients because of low confidence and also communication problem. How I can make it comfortable ?

Dear Swati, begin by communicating in English in simple words with your best friend at work! Tell him/her that you wish to improve your English communication, and your friends will stand by you! Join a reputed Spoken English coaching institute, and be regular in attending classes. Buy a dictionary, and master 10 words per day. Supplement your learning by watching English news on TV, reading an English newspaper, writing in a Diary and observing how others converse in English. Over a period of time, even with mistakes, you will find your English improving. You have taken a bold step, and I wish you all the very best in mastering English! It is a wonderful language! Dear Archit, English is just another language which can be learned. However, many of us have a mental block that we cannot learn English! Just get rid of this mental block, and you will begin learning quickly! Join a good Spoken English coaching institute, and ensure that you attend classes regularly. Supplement your learning by watching TV news in English, reading an English newspaper, writing in a Diary. Do get yourself a good English dictionary, and try to learn 10 new words daily. You could also buy a "Learn English in 30 days" book which will help you navigate the basic everyday terms you are likely to use. Good luck, and keep the momentum going!

Dear Soni, it is good that you want to learn Englsh! It is a required skill today, not just a language! Getting a job and career progression depend upon our communication skills, especially in English. Therefore, join a reputed Spoken English coaching institute, and ensure that you improve in all areas of Listening/Understanding, Speaking, Reading and Writing. You will see yourself understanding basics within a month, but do continue the efforts, including buying a dictionary and understanding at least 10 words a day! Please do the following: a) join a Spoken English coaching institute, where you will get to see a trainer daily, and interact live. b) please buy a good dictionary and learn at least 10 words a day! c) supplementing your classroom training, you need to improve in the areas of Listening/Understanding, Speaking, Reading and Writing. d) Listen to some audios/videos daily and try to understand how the speaker talks, the pronunciation and the flow of speech e) Speak to family, friends and the other trainees in your class as often as possible. It is ok to make mistakes! f) Read aloud one or two passages from a newspaper daily. g) Write one or two passages from a newspaper or a magazine in a diary daily. Over time, you will notice your English skills improving. Give yourself a year, since Rome was not build in a day! Good luck!
