Hi Akash,
Yes, you can. First, self-evaluate and identify your present nature to that of your intended personality.
Secondly, get an experienced trainer; an expert trainer will first check the concerns and areas of improvement, then you can sit and analyse your findings with the trainer's conclusions.
More than all, you must be willing to learn and adapt to changes. You will be able to make real progress; this is not an answer to the random question. Still, in my experience with over 29 students who have gone through this learning phase, there have been improvement and some slow starts and enthusiasm, personality is a mixed bag so expect the unexpected.

Personality can be identified based on our response to situations both verbal and non-verbal, our non-verbal mannerisms and maturity.
All of these can be measured by analyzing the situation and calculating the improvement needed. Once identified, it is a matter of time if you sincerely and cautiously work on it, without getting tired of making conscious efforts to bring in the better change you desire.
