Instead of trying to speak like a native speaker, you should be aiming at achieving fluency. Speaking English without any grammatical errors, with proper fluency can only be mastered with a lot of practice. Reading or listening to audiobooks, watching and reading the news also helps to improve vocabulary- words, and getting to know the correct pronunciation.

Grammar cannot be used separately, you should practice using a grammatically correct sentence in speech, and this can only be improved by practising grammar exercises regularly. Listen to audio stories or the English news more often, and this will slowly make you realise how the sentence structure to be used appropriately.
