Director VLIM Business School, got his M.A Psychology in the year 1978 with a 1st class and a first rank in Madras University and as a winner of a Gold Medal. In the next year he got his M. Phil with Organizational Behavior as the subject and started his career as Senior Research Fellow in IIT Madras. He has 30 years of total experience, out of which 20 years have been in academics.
He has worked in ELGI Tyre and Tread, Coimbatore, Oil India Ltd, Dulijan Assam and Rane Madras, Chennai in a Managerial Position in the field of Human Resource. His academic experience includes 10 years as principal in the National Institute of HRD, affiliated to Madras University, conducting MBA program; 3 years of experience in ICFAI Chennai as principal; and 4 years at RAI Business School as Dean, Academics and Placement.
From 2010, he has been heading VLIM Business School, Chennai, as Director. The Business School conducts a full-time MBA program. During his career, he has been instrumental in placing more than a thousand students in various industries across the country. He is also the director of EGO (Employee Growth Optimization), a behavior training consultancy service in Chennai. He is a management consultant of Gearson Lehrman Group, USA.
