I possess in-depth subject knowledge in accounting and financial management, supported by my UGC qualification and ongoing doctoral research, which reflects my research-oriented and analytical approach to academics. My interest lies in delivering concept-driven education that promotes clarity, application, and long-term understanding among students. I have two years of experience as an Assistant Professor in Accounts, during which I handled undergraduate and postgraduate commerce courses. I was actively involved in lesson planning, syllabus execution, student assessment, and academic mentoring. My teaching approach focused on outcome-based education, conceptual explanation, and connecting theoretical accounting concepts with practical examples to enhance student comprehension and performance. In addition, I have two years of experience as a PGT Accountancy teacher in a CBSE school, teaching Classes 11 and 12.
