Namaste! Can i know your age for the solution of this problem? We have to find out the reason for your lower back pain! Whether it is due to longhours sitting etc., Anyway, First you need to start a gentle stretches that too with some probes to stimulate some movement of muscles over the back bone area... ...more
Namaste! Can i know your age for the solution of this problem? We have to find out the reason for your lower back pain! Whether it is due to longhours sitting etc., Anyway, First you need to start a gentle stretches that too with some probes to stimulate some movement of muscles over the back bone area for 1 to 1.5 months, you can observe healing of pain. Then you can start of asanas related to lower back pain.
