The goal should be realistic so that it doesn’t feel too difficult or stressful. Breaking a big goal into smaller steps makes it easier to manage and follow. It’s also good to set a time limit, so we don’t keep delaying it. Checking our progress from time to time helps us stay on track. If something isn’t working, we should be open to changing our plan a little. Lastly, it’s important to appreciate small achievements along the way because they keep us motivated.
