The main difference between JEE Main and MHT CET is that JEE is a national-level exam for admission to nationwide engineering colleges. MHT CET is a state-level exam for admission to state engineering colleges.

Go for all the formulae and the topics you are good at. Dont prepare the topics which are difficult for you since it will take time and it will lower your confidence.
