The NEET UG test is based on the syllabus of Classes 11 and 12 of the CBSE, while the MHTCET exam is only based on the Maharashtra Board's standard 12th syllabus.

Go for all the formulae and the topics you are good at. Dont prepare the topics which are difficult for you since it will take time and it will lower your confidence.
