Cut offs are expected be lower specifically for quant section 3. Last year major feedback that went was that questions were too easy, so there should be corrections this time around 4. English I do not expect too many changes in terms of difficulty level How to Prep: 1. Solve atleast 20-30 mock tests like CL, IMS, TIME, TcyOnline etc each of them offer around 10-20 tests each so you can choose. My choice would be CL as Time papers are too difficult 2. Analyse the papers you have taken to analyse which sections your strong in and weak 3. In English... For the new 'type your response' pattern, you can expect questions from Jumbled Paragraphs and GMAT-ish Sentence Correction. Also they may ask you to type few responses for Reading Comprehension questions. So, please align your preparation accordingly.

I am graduating this year. Also, I've appeared for CAT 2018. I scored 85.5 percentile (90+ percentile both in VA/RC and DI/LR but only 33 percentile in QA). I'll appear this year too. What should be my preparation strategy for QA? Also, my academic background isn't impressive. I am first division though, maintaining 65% right since class 12th, had 92% in 10th class. I'm pursuing a BA in polity, geo and eco. What are the skills I should work on to build a good MBA profile? Thanks in anticipation.
Forget about profile. Just try getting as high a percentile as possible in CAT. Written +GD/PI/WAT form the major chunk of the selection process in any top b school.
