Improvement Oriented. Grow to Let Grow.

You can go for further study i.e. MBA. Or else there are so many areas you can work in like Administration or secretarial work. Or you can go for Back Office Work in MNC. Taking proper training, you can become HR Officer also.

Hello Richa,You should look to improve your program design and problem solving skills.If you can't apply your knowledge to solving real problems, then you won't be any use as a working programmer. Learn how to test and debug code, how to read (and write) useful bug reports. Also learn how to use version control systems like git and cvs.I suggest learn C language.C is still widely used in embedded systems. If C is your language of choice for a career then embedded systems is likely the only path that will give you many options. Even in embedded systems however, C++ is increasingly important. Currently for example, I am not recruiting embedded systems developers without C++ experience. read less
