I am BTC teacher at Basic Shiksha Prishad UP aged 49. How can I earn more money other than salary? Is there any way to become BSA?

What about package / salary for domain work experience? Before / after job company ask for certification for out of India opportunities? How's exam is it possible clear in 1st attempt ? please share experience who has done SAP MM certification I need guidance so I can easy to decide for sap certification do or not?
That is not necessary go for SAP MM Certification. Most of candidates are working and getting good salary package without certification. Basically you have to start your training.
