What are the chances for an administrative officer in LIC or GIC to visit overseas locations or offices? If so, how quick in his/her career?

At the managerial level the probability of overseas visits at LIC may be limited. GIC may offer a broader horizon. I strongly suggest that you talk to your seniors about your career objectives> Best of luck in travelling !
