Madhur, after your BBM, if you can afford 2 more years of study, I would advise you to for an MBA in any of the several areas-Banking & Investment, Finance, Insurance, Business Administration, Port& Shipping Management, Aviation Management, Human Resources, Hospital Administration & Management, Information Technology Management and so on. The MBA will equip you to directly take up a managerial role. On the other hand, if you want earn and learn alongside, you can try for any of the certifications and diplomas in the same areas. I would add that almost all of us have/should have made up our minds on our career preferences, based on personal interest. An MBA is only the means of reaching there. For example, if you are interested in shipping, ports, transport, containers,geography, and even sailing, you should go for a specialization in Port& Shipping Management. I hope I was useful!
