I have started my career with a base job in ITES industry, moved in to training the workers in ITES industry. Through internal recruitment have been moved in to HR and from than worked as a HR handling all the gamuts of HR, Training and operations. Through my career in Industry (ITES, IT, Construction) have met various facets of trainees from school to corporates. Have been handling HR, Management, Orientations, Corporate Presentations, MS Office, Soft Skills, Career Counselling, Communication, Behavioural Attitude, Team Building, Aptitude at various levels.
Have been taking tuition for CBSE, IGCSE and NIOS patterns. Handling espescially for slow learners and back benchers at School. Specialized in English, Mathematics and Science for IX and X students. Based on the Industrial experience I am handling papers on HR and IT for MBA, MCA college students. Fully specialized in Maths training for Schools and Colleges.
For me Teaching is a service and passion for knowledge share and growth.
