The chief mentor is a certified career counselor with wide experience in IT, Research, Manufacturing, Vocational Training and Higher Education, EdTech and career counselling.\
The team has created a library of more 15 Career Clusters and more than 3000 Career Occupations (Jobs to put it simply)
The career counseling consists of 5 parts
1. Multi-dimensional online assessment in an Artificial Intelligence driven platform
2. Personal interaction with the student to understand their interests and abilities .
3. Personal interaction with the parents to understand their aspirations & family values.
4. A comprehensive career counselling over a video call with the parents and student collectively to explain the report
5. Hand over a 30 plus page Comprehensive Career Assessment Report and a Personal Career Development Plan
