I Kamal Khatri -BE-IT 2007, then M.TECH -SS-2012, & After M.TECH 3rd sem 3 year teaching experience, currently my age is 32 & married in 2016, looking for a job, I need your guidance, currently Principal in Private ITI Jabalpur but working time is 9 am to 8 pm that is really pathetic and current salary is Rs. 15000, I want better package, please guide.

You can fix a counselling session. We will be able to advise, considering your communication skills, etc. Since you have MTech , you should be getting better salary. And you should try to work in a place where you can register for PhD for career advancement.

I am a BTech graduate working in a BPO. I am not very good with programming but I want to leave BPO and get a good job now. Since I am a graduate in BTech(IT) I think I will have to look for Software jobs (otherwise I would be forced to join a bank or other govt jobs by the family, which I don't like). I am confused between Software testing and development. Testing doesn't give much career growth but doesn't require much coding abilities (good for me). Some asked me to learn Android development.
