Hi. I have done a fashion designing course of 2 years and pursuing Eng hons now. I am in my 2nd year. I want to find a job in the fashion field, but its difficult to find one. I am confused between both the fields as literature interests me too. Please suggest!

Hello Mitali, Recently I posted an article on the career choice. I am really glad to know that you are pursuing what you love which is very important. A Japanese philosophy called IKIGAI will help you here. An island in Japan named Okinawa is well known for identifying a reason for being. 4 parts to IKIGAI, Passion, Profession, Vocation, and Mission. I am sure you are very clear on passion and as you are confused between eng (hon) and designing. Maybe ask a few questions to understand whether its hobby or passion? As we acquire new academic qualification, the possibility of our Interests changing along with it is seen very often. The way to validate and know yourself better is also through taking psychomteric assessments esp. pertaining to your interest finding and then get to know how to differentiate between your career interest and your leisure activity (hobby) interest. You can also look for courses which can accomodate both your interests of writing & fashion  like Fashion communication.

Hi, you seem like somebody that has some goals in life. somebody that has a fairly clear idea of where they want to go. And you also seem like somebody that has more than one goal  you probably have many goals.
