Guiding students towards the right academic and career path has been at the core of my professional journey. As a career and college counsellor with over 10 years of experience, I have worked closely with students to help them make informed and confident decisions about their future.

I hold a Postgraduate degree (M.Com) along with an M.Phil in Business Economics, which has given me a strong academic foundation to understand career pathways, industry trends, and educational opportunities. In addition, I am certified by UCLA and serve as a mentor with the International Association for College Admission Counseling, further strengthening my expertise in this field.

Over the years, I have guided numerous students through crucial academic transitions. I have helped students who were unsure about subject choices in Classes 11 and 12 gain clarity through structured counselling sessions. I have also supported students planning to study abroad by helping them choose the right courses and universities aligned with their goals.

My counselling approach is structured into three key steps: Career Assessment, Career Counselling, and Career Planning. This method ensures that students first understand their strengths and interests, then explore suitable options, and finally build a clear and actionable roadmap for their future.

I rely on detailed career assessment reports and in-depth analysis to evaluate each student’s abilities, preferences, and potential. Based on these insights, I guide students through goal setting, stream selection, and long-term career planning with a personalized approach.

My sessions are highly interactive and student-focused, encouraging active participation and open discussions. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing their doubts and aspirations, ultimately helping them make well-informed and confident decisions about their academic and career journey.
