13+ Yrs of Work Experience with MNCs (IT)

Hi..to start with you should do PGDIT and then do UI/UX designer certification and/or PMP certification. If your BE then opt for PMP first if wish to grow in project management or else do niche skills certification to grow technically. All the best.

As are from IT development background, PG in IT will be good for you, but this was the case if you had less than 5yrs of experience. Looking at your experience it is advisable to go for PG in Project Management and take PMP exam.
