Hi This is Harisha, I have done my MBA Finance working as Accountant with 9 Years . Now I have lost interest in current job because of less pay. I want look for career which gives good package & also job satisfaction. Please suggest.

Hi Harisha, Usually losing interest is due to monotonous type of job. The best idea is to change company by asking 30% hike. But till you get a good offer don't resign the current job.

Any job will be demanding and you may get bored after some time. You will have to find interesting things in the company and in the job, by taking initiative and by learning more and more about the company and business. Then only you will grow. read less

I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now you should be learn a new technology then u can switch in new field. in case of Database if u interested then u can learn BASIC OF SQL SERVER n then Advance MS SQL SERVER then u can switch in database like a DBA successfully.
