t seems you have well enough experience in the administration sector. Then firstly why change? Why not explore your domain more? Secondly switching the field would result in losing the advantage of experience in some cases. I hope this will help you evaluate more.

Hello, I am B.Tech graduate in CSE from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Delhi with 82%. I am getting placed in TCS as Assistant System Engineer. I don't why I am rejected from Top Most IT Industry HR/Managerial Interview. As, I have always cleared technical interview. I need some guidance related with HR/Managerial interview to enhance my attitude according to them. And now I am not happy with TCS.
