t seems you have well enough experience in the administration sector. Then firstly why change? Why not explore your domain more? Secondly switching the field would result in losing the advantage of experience in some cases. I hope this will help you evaluate more.

I am 2012 Btech Computer Science pass out , and now planning for doing M.Tech in CSE in coming year 2017 , will it be really difficult to justify these 5 year gap after bachelors during the interviews of institutes and further study like PHD or reserch works ?
