t seems you have well enough experience in the administration sector. Then firstly why change? Why not explore your domain more? Secondly switching the field would result in losing the advantage of experience in some cases. I hope this will help you evaluate more.

    I am a bachelor of mechanical engineer passout year 2016 mumbai university with no work experience except 2 month internship. i didn't joined for job earlier due to some personal issues.

Now i want to get job in mechanical design engineering.

I would suggest you to first get in to a job with a private financial firm or a chartered accountant firm and learn the work by handling the clients for a period of time and then you can start your own business in next 2 years with confidence.
