Hello, I am B.Tech graduate in CSE from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University, Delhi with 82%. I am getting placed in TCS as Assistant System Engineer. I don't why I am rejected from Top Most IT Industry HR/Managerial Interview. As, I have always cleared technical interview. I need some guidance related with HR/Managerial interview to enhance my attitude according to them. And now I am not happy with TCS. I want to switch from this either with higher studies (MBA/MS) or better job.

Each one their own set of satisfaction level and priorities.     I am a bachelor of mechanical engineer passout year 2016 mumbai university with no work experience except 2 month internship. i didn't joined for job earlier due to some personal issues.

Now i want to get job in mechanical design engineering.

I have done  SOLIDWORKS, CATIA course at intermediate skill level.

I am planning to do pgdm in finance. I have given entrances. Kindly suggest me some short and quick certification(for beginners) in finance which could help me in boosting my CV, and get admission in required colleges.
If you have knowledge you don't have to worry about quick fix.Better build your self for this Entrance and GD & Interview. Its all the maturity and confidence you show during this process with a strong assurance of knowledge.

I would suggest you to first get in to a job with a private financial firm or a chartered accountant firm and learn the work by handling the clients for a period of time and then you can start your own business in next 2 years with confidence.
