Why its so complicated for getting classes for VLSI design and technology and Elements of mechanical engineering over here...i just need classes for month or month and half

elements of mechanical engineering is the basic & core subject of mechanical engineering. Mechanical Lecturer can teach this subject . Vlsi is the core subject of electronics / instrumentation engineering. Electronics /Instrumentation lecturer can teach this subject.
