Better to go for B.Tech. Normally software companies consider MCA as equivalent to BTech.

For the job point of perspective btech will provide vast amount of opportunities. Think of your clearly and go for your choice. read less

If you wanted to do BCA, then I would suggest that you should pursue B.tech in Computer Science and Engineering from a good engineering college. B.Tech has more credibility that BCA.
