What is the difference between a BTech in CSE and a BTech in CSE specializing in cloud computing?

it's actually BTech in CSE but if some university providing any technology based specialization then it's good. u can go for it as cloud is very high demanding technology and it will remain in future also.

My suggestion is a little bit off the topic. In my opinion, please wait a bit, at least an year, before pursuing a post graduation program. Meanwhile, implement whatever you might have learnt during your B.Tech.
