My suggestion is a little bit off the topic. In my opinion, please wait a bit, at least an year, before pursuing a post graduation program. Meanwhile, implement whatever you might have learnt during your B.Tech.

Hi, It depends on your intrest towards your brnach in B.Tech.If you are only searching for job its better to learn languages and go for software feild otherwise M.Tech/M.E is very good option. All the best for your future..!!

If you from electronics background,you can go with vlsi or embedded system.These two are in demand now and are going to be future due to the improving technology and due to the currency digitalization,there will be huge amoount of memories to be desinged and verified.

It depends on your interest. If you prefer a career in academics go for M.tech and move to research. if not interested in technical field MBA is a better option. Research in management field is also an upcoming area. If you prefer software field, data analytics have high scope today.
