If you love the subject and want to enhance your core competency, M. Tech makes a good choice. You can do Ph.D. after M. Tech and settle for a research institute or college at an impressive salary scale. The only downside is the scope of applicability of your knowledge in the business. Both options are good. Prefer MTECH if you have good technical skills and your engineering basic is very much clear. Prefer MBA if you are best in marketing, presentation and poor in technical.
