An MBA graduate gets exposure to different aspects of business management, right from HR and finance to marketing, unlike the M. Tech student; hence they find more room to play. It depends on your areas of interest. As an engineer, u have already good technical skills. So if you want to develop your interpersonal skills as well then go for MBA because both skills are required nowadays.
