If you know how to use computer with internet , then i would say you can take up online classes.Its same like watching you tube video. Following is the basic requirement of online classes. 1) You need to have a internet connection at your home if you want to take classes from there otherwise you can also take it from cyber cafe. 2) You and your teacher can connect through Skype.Its like having a spoken conversation with (someone) over the Internet using the software application Skype, typically also viewing by webcam.
