I believe - Analysing a good or bad student - is a JOURNEY for the Teacher or Trainer.

Before Judging & rating a student as Good or Bad, I believe , a good trainer - OBSERVES deeply - inside & outside of the students personality, charateristics, background, their current circumstances, their behavioral tendencies at class.

While BAD could be rated based on low percentages in subjects or extra curricular activities, or careless behavior.
While GOOD could be rated based on high percentages in subjects or extra curricular activities, or good behavior.

Its always better to go deeper to know the student better and the reasons of their current behavior in studies or relationships.

Then work towards encouraging the students who requires assistance & appreciating and motivating the student who already showed excellence, but at the same time, keep an eye as to other areas where the good student might turn out to be bad in any other areas.

Rahithya - Thats a beautiful question. NIce to know that your question asks to enrich. Which means it is OK to be you and yet you can be working to make yourself better.
There are various personality assessment tests available online. You may want to take them. It can be a start to analyse your traits and work accordingly. One step at a time :)

Hi Anupama, While there can be numerous answers to your question, I'd like you to guide you towards the concept of psycho-cybernetics. It is indeed the greatest principle behind understanding personality. So, I would recommend the book, "Psycho-cybernetics" by Dr. Maxwell Maltz.

To begin understanding basic personalities you can also read "Personality Plus" by
Florence Littauer.

I have found these resources extremely good.

"Psycho-cybernetics" by Dr. Maxwell Maltz explains the concept of self-image. I have expanded this and use it in my "Total Image Transformation" workshop. The workshop not just focuses on exterior personality enhancement but also transforms the internal mental self-image. You may have noticed some people only working on the external aspects of personality and then appearing artificial in the process. When the internal mental image is worked upon the whole personality transforms and the person blossoms into a new improved version of the previous one.

So, the answer to your question, "What is required to have a good personality", is that a wholesome approach is required which targets the mental self-image issues and also focuses on improvement of external portrayals. «less
