Hii Tanush An MBA is always preferred over MCOM because the course focuses more on professional aspects. The syllabus is more or less same but the overall pedagogy differs.

I think after B.Com, MBA is better than M.Com. As M.Com is very common for students for master degree in Commerce. M.Com is a postgraduate master degree focusing on commerce, accounting, management and economics related subject. M.Com time duration will be 2years

M.com will lead to a career in teaching and you will be persuing further studies like Ph.D. MBA opens up the opporutnities in the corporate sector. MBA from a reputed Insitutes like IIMs leads to good placement offers biut same may not be true for all the insitutes.
