Tally is used by small organisations to maintain their books of accounts whereas SAP and Oracle are used in big organisations. Both are ERP Solutions. Since he is in an early stage of his career i would recommend Tally and excel. He can later opt for SAP and Oracle. read less

Send him to CA office for work you will not need to make him join any course and he will get to learn lot of things.

A basic computer as MS office etc would be the must....Then he can go for small courses as Tally or courses as SQL, JAVA or he can also go for Ethical Hacking which is in a boom today. Digital Marketing is also a good choice.
