Tally is one of the good course for the commerce students!! But , though he is studying in class 12 so few things will be clear more after the B.Com.

Send him to CA office for work you will not need to make him join any course and he will get to learn lot of things.

A basic computer as MS office etc would be the must....Then he can go for small courses as Tally or courses as SQL, JAVA or he can also go for Ethical Hacking which is in a boom today. Digital Marketing is also a good choice.
