Yogavijnana

Yogavijnana means comprehensive knowledge of yoga. It is founded by Vinay Siddaiah, an IT engineer, to provide scientific temperament towards comprehending the inherent unity between the body, mind and consciousness. We are dedicated to spreading the science of yoga, by integrating concepts from both the medical and Indian scriptural world. The Yogavijnana center is located in the calmer and serene part of west Bangalore in Chandra layout, thus making it a perfectly undisturbed and peaceful place for practice. The roof of the Yoga hall is designed in the shape of a pyramid to create greater positive energy inside the hall for practice. Research and experiments have shown that pyramid powers change the mental, physical and emotional states of individuals who have been exposed to its vibrations. Yoga is not just for our material body but it even addresses our energetic system. Yoga practice inside the hall will create profound results in one’s quest for expanded awareness. The hall is fully equipped with all yoga props and other essential facilities to suite the practice of any practitioner.
